Staying here for a few days was a great decision, especially for the hiking options nearby. The Deluxe Double Room with Sea View provided breathtaking views of the river and was incredibly cozy. I loved the delicious breakfast selection each morning, especially the fresh bread and the lovely presentation. The short walk to Kenmare made it easy to explore local dining and shops.

Our stay at Muxnaw Lodge was simply lovely! The room had a beautiful view overlooking the harbor, and the cozy beds made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was outstanding, especially Hannah’s homemade brown bread. Additionally, the early check-in after our overnight flight was greatly appreciated.

The walk to the nearby intersection was narrow and required attention to traffic.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this lovely heritage inn that felt like a cozy step back in time. With antique furnishings and spectacular views of the river, I couldn't have asked for a better ambiance. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious homemade treats and traditional Irish options that really filled me up for the day. The only downside was that I wished I could have stayed longer to soak up the relaxed atmosphere and stunning scenery.

Beautiful grounds with hiking trails, but no Wi-Fi in the rooms was disappointing.

Can't recommend highly enough for a transient stop

Charming room, stunning view, well-located area, with a breathtaking view of the river and a short walk into the town center offering delightful boutiques and pubs.
